Multi Jet Fusion (MJF)
Powered by HP MJF technology, this powder-bed process melts nylon layers using infrared energy and fusing agents. It eliminates support structures and produces uniform, isotropic strength across every axis—delivering parts that look, feel, and perform like injection-molded components straight off the build bed.
-
Ideal applications: High-mix low-volume production, electronic enclosures, snap fits, living hinges, automotive brackets, and prosthetics.
-
Highlights: High dimensional detail, standard bead blasting included, and advanced vapor smoothing or dyeing options available.
Metal FFF
A cost-effective alternative to machining raw billet or cutting expensive molds. Metal filament is printed, chemically washed, and furnace-sintered to produce fully dense, solid metal parts capable of handling high loads, extreme temperatures, and harsh chemical environments.
-
Ideal applications: End-of-arm tooling, conformal cooling manifolds, high-temp brackets, wear dies, and pre-production functional prototypes.
-
Highlights: Full post-processing support including CNC machining for precision bores, tight-tolerance sealing faces, polishing, and threading.
Industrial FFF & FDM
The most versatile plastic printing method available, offering everything from standard modeling filaments to high-heat, aerospace-grade polymers and continuous fiber reinforcement. With an oversized 36-inch build chamber, it handles large-scale housings and shop fixtures in a single seamless print.
-
Ideal applications: Large master patterns, drill jigs, assembly aids, high-temp ducting, and lightweight structural components.
-
Highlights: Continuous Kevlar and carbon fiber infill capabilities for aluminum-level strength-to-weight ratios.
Secondary Finishing & Assembly
We take your parts from raw builds to finished, assembly-ready units. Our standard finishing capabilities include:
-
Surface Treatments: Bead blasting, vapor smoothing, mechanical tumbling, Cerakote, custom spray painting, and chemical dyeing.
-
Hardware Integration: Heat-set threaded inserts, helicoils, tricerts, and reamed pin locations.
-
Post-Machining: Secondary CNC operations for critical bores, planar faces, and ultra-tight tolerances.
-
Large Assemblies: Multi-part section splitting, keyed alignment, and structural bonding for oversized components.
